Aspirating Smoke Detection

An Aspirating Smoke Detector (ASD) is a system used in active fire protection, consisting of a central detection unit which draws air through a network of pipes to detect smoke. ASDs can typically detect smoke before it is visible to the naked eye. Photoelectric alarms work using a photoelectric sensor and a light source. As smoke enters the chamber and crosses the path of the light beam, light is scattered by the smoke particles, aiming it toward the sensor, which in turn triggers the alarm.

Fast Detection – Aspirating detector is a fast detector which takes sudden action in case of fire emergency and damage chances.
Active Panel – In comparison of other fire and smoke detectors this is the best detector with all advanced features as it takes sudden action in case of fire by syphoning the gas through the inbuilt holes given in the pipe of the detector.
Compulsion Places – There are few places where it is mandatory to use this kind of fire detector only as we cannot afford to use any random fire detector for the function.
